Have you ever taken an official IQ test?

Just curious to know if you have ever taken a real IQ test, if so how did you score? (NOT those rubbish Facebook style ones!)

Only the ones you can do on the internet, I usually score around 130 but I don't know how accurate they are

I think we did an aptitude test in school once, is that the same as an IQ test? I can't remember what my result was though

just tried 2 online ones - one was a series of shapes mainly and the other logical questions I got to the end of both and neithe rwould give me the results without registering which I didn't want to do - I'll give it a miss now its a given my IQ's high anyway

I started the BBC one but the second set of questions, with the houses and post offices were giving me a migraine so I stopped on question 6

Advancing letters I think it was called(ef2 = gh and stuff), was one of the easiest things I have ever done in my life...along with the paint by numbers round :laugh:

Did guess at a few of the 'brainteasers' though, seems to be lucky guesses :laugh2:

Brilliant score!

The coloured numbers, memory, advancing letters, morph faces were pretty easy: it was the bliddy symbols = numbers that got me shell shocked..... !!

The symbol numbers one was easy for me..but maths was always my strongest subject

Words .... I'm pretty good with words but got to agree.... those ones were pretty difficult!

The 'sticks' falling into the cannister - that blew my mind, probably got that totally wrong. The triangle, crescent and rectangle one had me a bit melted too... !!

I just guessed on the sticks one...I know I got the duck one right though..and I *think* I got the triangle one right. Little balls then triangle then ball... The ball with cone things one was easy though.
