According to Popbitch , Matt has been leading in the votes ever since the live finals and last week Mary WAS the least popular act.

talent-free series of X Factor comes to a

never tip a group to win. Groups can't
compete with individuals. Obviously it's
not about talent or commercial possibility,

the little girl vote might come out

is announced, you'll find that Wagner
was bottom-two the week he was kicked
out. Same deal for Mary - Cher got through
on merit. Just because you think the judges
would happily rig it in their favour,
doesn't actually mean they need to.

I won't believe anything until the figures are released, I struggle to believe Matt won every week, he's been too inconsistant.

I can believe it,he has been near perfect every week.you are a Cher fan so it is obvious you want him to fail,he and Rebecca are her biggest rivals,come to think of it,it now seems One direction are more popular than Cher,most people I meet do seem to like Matt the best.

Someone's defensive, don't attack people over their favourites Kazanne.

Let's face it he didn't come top on Beatles or Halloween week at least and I think he'd be in the top half but not top of Week 1 as well. The only times I'd believe he topped the votes were in Week 2, possibly Week 3, When he did 'First Time...' and possibly Rock Week.

Also winning weeks doesn't mean you'll win the show, just look at Eoghan.

Firstly, Alexandra didn't even top the votes until the last couple of weeks of the show, she she ranking middle of the road in the early weeks. Secondly, it's unprecedented (as far as released voting figures go) for somebody to be topping the votes every single week. Thirdly, because of the glaring fact in the first point and the general trend in the second, I suspect this article is bogus.

Alex came second to JLS in the semi, if I remember. That said, I'm not doubting Matt is amongst the top 2 or 3 each week. But to write off One Dimension might be a little dangerous (though some polls have them behind Rebecca). Cowell gave them the last singing spot TWICE last week.......he is the puppet master.......and Robbie Williams might just work.......

I don't believe any voting "spoilers" (Except maybe that Cher was bottom last week), i'll wait for the official figures but I'd like to think Rebecca won last week's vote and a couple of others but i think Matt will have won at least 4 of the votes
