is simon leaving the x factor or britains got talent? because how is he gonna be able to do the x factor uk,the x factor usa,britains got talent,and this new music show?

And Simon made plans for this show over a year ago,
now he has made ITV big cash on ads,
he gets his show starting in a few months.
