The Live Episode was dull, it was too much like a normal episode.

No one actually cares or wants to watch the actors do well, no one gives a flying ****** if they've proved themselves as actors and completed the show successfully.

At least EE's Live Episode was funny when Scott Maslen ******ed up at the start and we all know far more people were interested in finding out who killed Archie rather than seeing Mollie die.


Although, if they did the Tram Crash live which is impossible, then it would of been the best live episode of any soap.

EastEnder's Vic Fire wasn't even done to create a massive storyline, the producers didn't give a sh*t if people liked it or watched it or not, they didn't even bother making it into a big storyline.

It was just a way for us [Eastenders] to switch to HD really.


If you want to compare though, [EE & Corrie] storylines the main one would be Archie's Killer really.

It's been all over the news, forums and critics reviews that the Corrie's live was better and the only reason it seemed like a normal episode is because they managed to pull it off without anyone screwing up :rolleyes:

Eastenders hasn't even gone to HD yet.... they don't until xmas, so I don't see how thats an argument because they rest of the set has to undergo renovation, not just the pub

But EE has been ok-ish. The Syed-Christian storyline earlier in the year was good (and I'm not just saying that because I'm gay) and the Denise one was decent too.
