It wasn't that she showed her up, it was just a terrible combination, their voices are just way too different, Christina has a massive diva voice, Rebecca has a sultry jazzy voice, someone like Buble would have been more suitable

I must be the only one then who thought that Christina had become a caricature of herself - she reminded me of the time when Kelly Osbourne took the piss out of her singing because of all the ridiculous twiddly bits she adds on to each note which is not singing but pure affectation. She was totally the wrong choice as a duet partner, not because she was any better a singer than Rebecca, but because she is just way too affected and pretentious.

Agree. But Xtina didn't help by sort of performing over Rebecca rather than working with her. Rebecca was in awe of her - Alexandra was like that with Beyonce too.......

Actually I totally disagree!

I absolutely loved rebeccas part and then Aggy came and ruined it! OK she didnt ruin it but sang it in a louder tone and ruined the consistency. But I definitely preferred the way Rebecca was singing it. She got lost when they were singing it together and look a bit stunned.

Afterwards I just wished rebecca had sang it all alone. They have very different voices so its ridiculous to compare. Aggy is a powervoice whereas Rebecca is more soulfull and classy.
