A respons from another thread got me thinking, if Nicole said she didn't want to do it (and she has already said that) who could they get in to replace them? Noone else really took off in the summer...

Niamh.

If anyone of them ever leave, Sharon must return. No question whatsoever.

Sharon Osbourne would be fantastic but only if Dannii wasn't there, too awkward for words to put them back together. I'd love to see Sharon put Cheryl Cole in her place.

I would love Sharon to come back and I think they would probably get Kimblerley Walsh to replace Cheryl, she's pretty popular.

I thought Dannii was staying.

I'll say Pete Burns.

Anyone could replace Cheryl, hopefully someone who doesn't like dramas though.
Dannii, should be kept next year and for a good few years yet, it would be very silly to let go the mentor who has just won this years X Factor with one of her acts.

Sharon was an awful judge. There was no content in her critique - it was all "I love you dahhling. You were FABulous!"

Apart from how she laid into Steve Brookstein of course.

Cheryl and Dannii give good critique. As good as Simon and far better than Louis.

Sharon was an amazing judge - first and foremost we want entertainment, that is, after all, the main premise of the show. We only need one, maybe two that give good critique. We have that with Dannii and to a lesser extent nowadays Simon. Louis is also fantastic entertainment and so he needs to say, and infact Simon has the balance right - entertainment with Louis, but also gives good critique.

People saying sharon, i loved her but the show has moved on now and she is never coming back and to bring back an old judge would just be boring.

No, Sharon hasn't been confirmed for doing BGT. I don't see how she could do it, she does America's Got Talent over there and is part of The Talk (America's Loose Women) which airs every weekday. I would love to see her do it but I just don't see how she could do all of these shows.

Alanis Morissette or Dido for me, as they are both big female artists who have had strong careers.

Nah we need someone opinionated and outspoken, although I dislike her I think Lily Allen would be the perfect person for it, I doubt very much she'd ever do it though.
