But what do they classify as a must? Say I feel that I MUST travel then, what precautions do they suggest we take then then ay ay ay?

By 'must' they obviously mean if there's a life-threatening situation, an emergency etc. Not just popping down the road to get your nails done.

However, we have like, a cm of snow... xD
Hope the snow clears by Xmas day- going to Gran's on Xmas and it'd be awful if we couldn't go :/

we have loads of snow now, wouldnt go out in the car, getting out of the estate you'd glide all over the place

Emergencies or if you have a job such as being a doctor etc. If you go out and don't need to then get stranded for hours in the freezing cold it's your own daft fault
