You are talking purely about the musical instrumentation and removing it from any vocal or visual star power in which case of course all of GaGa's sound patches can be replicated on Roland JP800 and SH-201's - the same sort of engines that led to the late 90's trance boom. But so can a lot of Madonnas sounds. Trust me. I have those two synthesizers and the sounds the both of them have come up with in the last decade are very, very easy to create. But then again I'n not Lady GaGa or Madonna.
