Hmm good question, it's tought to call this year, one of the Pats, Eagles or Falcons I think. I hope it isnt Philly though, my best mate is an Eagles fan and I would never hear the end of it :D

Oh, you've met him then, I've always quite liked him actually (just from seeing him on tv though) Kev Cadle irritates me sometimes although he does make me laugh

We'd always stay in the same hotel as the Claymores team - or else in Rhein Fire's hotel. Halling would walz -in thinking he was a superstar TV presenter. At the bar with the press when he came to fans/press we'd shun hin and tell him to take a walk - billy no-friends

But you are correct Matt - he does actually know his stuff whereas Cadle struggles to remember the names os the NFL teams!

In which hotel do they normally stay?

Claymores
25-12-2010, 10:27 PM
Claymores Team for away games visits usually stayed with us in Reneissance Ddorf

Fire team moved a bit - but mostly outskifrts hotel - a bluddy hotel in middle of nowhere - just Nord Syl - a bluddy multiple that would give them 2 floors

Silly story Matt - @ Manchester Airport waiting for my Germans' flight to happen we had the Test Cricket on the TVs - they asked me to explain the rules.........................my answer was they will play for 5 days and it will probably be a draw - the Germans thought I was taking the pish!

Very true  Although before they had the 5 day limit England once played South Africa for 12 days before they abandoned the match because the England team were going to miss the boat home! Probably why cricket seems so stupid to a lot of people, I'm watching it now, going to have to mix the Ashes with the football somehow

Ever played subbetteo cricket Matt as a retro-game? My older brother taught me..............it was a game of our era even in Scotland because of the football (soccer) game. I was rubbish at setting the field oot but that didn't matter, I could take 6 wickets in 1 over (flick to kick = bowl) as just had the talent to do so (an 8 year old playing against my brother's 15 yeat old lads!

The County League generally ended-up with this sprog Ian 2nd against his pals and my older brother rubbish and out!
