ITV want Michelle Bass for Love Island and Celebrity X Factor according to the Daily Star. Don't know how true it is.

It also says Love Island producers are looking to sign up John Prescott's mistress! :hugesmile:

GEORDIE babe Michelle Bass is involved in a tug-of-war between the producers of ITV1 shows Love Island and Celebrity X Factor.

Both are desperate to sign the busty beauty – but she’s been told she can appear in only one.

Both camps are determined to sign the 25-year-old Big Brother 5 star and won’t take no for an answer.

An ITV source said: “Michelle is really hot property at the moment and both shows believe she will be perfect for luring Big Brother fans from Channel 4.

“In the end the matter will be resolved by whoever offers Michelle the best deal.”

Meanwhile, Celebrity X Factor chiefs have signed up magician Paul Daniels, 68, his wife Debbie McGee, 47, and Corrie actress Jennie McAlpine, 21.

And in a bid to keep viewers glued to their screens, the appalling auditions of stars who did not make the cut will also be aired.

The list includes performances from comedian Harry Hill, 42, jungle queen Carol Thatcher, 52, chef Antony Worrall Thompson, 53, and kids’TV host Andi Peters, 35.

The series starts on Bank Holiday Monday, May 29 and filming for Love Island begins early in June.

Don't think CLI would be a good move for Michelle to be honest with that type of reality programme the producers are only interested in getting viewing figures up and encourage couples to get together and as she has already done one reality programme of a similar vein of which she took a lot of flack for would be very suprised if she did this.

I hope this is true but we have heard/read so many rumours about Michelle now that have come to nothing (X Factor, Eurovision) so I won't get too excited until it's confirmed.

It looks as though they are going for slightly older participants on CLI this year. I dont think its a good move.

BIG Brother babe Michelle Bass has hinted she'll appear on this year's Love Island.

The Geordie lass is rumoured to be involved in a tussle between producers of ITV shows Love Island and Celebrity X Factor.

Both are said to want the 25-year-old on their show.

Speaking to the Sun Online at a party in London's Soho last night, Michelle said: "My lips are sealed about any Love Island deal."

But she added with a wink: "But I will say that I would really like a summer holiday romance this year. Sunbathing on the beach really gets me in the mood."

Love Island - which has dropped its 'Celebrity' tag - begins in early June.

Other celebs rumoured to be flying out to Fiji include ex-soccer star Frank McAvennie, X Factor's Chico Slimani, former rugby player Martin Offiah and Olympic swimmer Mark Foster.

Even John Prescott's former lover Tracey Temple is thought to have received a big money offer to appear.
