Could you cope with the paps chasing you daily? Wether you were 'famous' for anything from winning the lottery to being a 'celebrity' ??

I suppose it is the downfall to being famous. However I would probs end up disguising myself if I wanted to get away from the paps.

Wouldn't mind showing off for the cameras now and again if I couldn't be arsked 24 7.

I'd hate it, you might think it would be nice getting your picture taken, but it would drive you crazy, you cant go anywhere, Britney Spears for instance! Ever since i seen Britney: For The Record, i hate the paparazzi!

Can't condone it but you can see why some end up with their cameras in their mouths. I'm an amateur photographer myself but know where to draw the line

Its expected though, and part of being famous. Cant stand the dicks who were made famous by the paps, and now snub them.

There are many that get 'papped' and don't want it though. Heroes, Charity workers, again lottery winners.... OK not on the same scale but if I'd saved someones life I'd not want to be chased by a bunch of 'togs

I think I'd be totally hyprocritical to say I'd hate it cos I love when I get to see pics of celebs I love. Although when there were paps taking pictures of Gary Barlow's family when I was outside the Manchester hotel it was a bit like 'WTF you doing he's not even there?' not that I can talk cos I was standing outside where 250 other people but anyways. No I wouldn't like to be papped.

Yeah that kind of person. However celebs like Jodie Marsh or ex washed up BB contestants ONLY get papped outside of Nightclubs. They are not interesting enough to be papped outside their homes. Suppose they still get stalkers and that. I suppose you have your own family to think about as well.

The ones who get papped 24/7 are proper celebrities or The Royal Family. I hope Kate Middleton will be able to cope with the pressure.

Is this a reason why Heath Ledger killed himself? I think him and some people in his similar profession just want to do their work and be an actor but don't want the whole fame thing that comes with it. Then they panic and can't cope :(

Not sure we'll ever know an answer to that but there are an awful lot of 'unexplained' deaths of people in the limelight....

Oh.. Isn't Jack P Shephard who plays David on Corrie meant to know if he has fathered another child this month? He slept with with another girl when he was out clubbing!! This all got into the papers. If you was a normal person you wouldn't get into the papers for this. However if you are an actor on a primetime television show then out of the workplace you have to be on your best behaviour too because yes.. there are always going to be paps.

Call me cynical but I think most surprise celeb deaths are from drugs. Cocktails of them. If you can afford it, chances are you will try.

Obviously we rarely get that story though, as thats the sort of thing that gets covered up :p

No, I would hate it!

I was at a wedding of somebody quite famous (was bridesmaid) and it's the only time I've seen the paps at work.. TYhey have absolutely no concsience, either of people's feelings or of safety!

I know they are just doing their job but to me they are just awful people!

I don't think I would mind it that much, like someone else posted it is a small price to pay for being famous. I imagine it would get annoying after a short while though.

I'd hate it, I don't like having my picture taken. I suppose if I was famous I'd put up with it for events and that but I wouldn't want to be hounded on a day to day basis.
