Anyone good with iTunes?

Right well i got 2 iTunes gift cards for Christmas. I've gotten loads before so I know what to do, i went on to the itunes store and clicked "Redeem" scratched off the black thingy on the card and typed in the code, but when I clicked redeem this came up > "The Gift Certificate or iTunes code you have entered has not been activated. Please return to the original point of purchase for assistance"

The Same thing happened when i tried to redeem the second card.

I dont no what to do??

Yeah, you have to take it back to where it was bought and they'll activate them. Apparently there were a load of itunes vouches which didn't activate properly over xmas..If they were gifts and you don't know where they came from, I'd contact Apple and ask them for advice

Nah, not rude at all.. It's not like they've kept secret how much they spent on you or anything :)
