Over Christmas I just cba and didn't bother and now it's all good.
Where as before, It was like hell in school waiting to have one at Lunch or at the end of the day.

No there is not. Everyone agrees that smoking is generally unhealthy and can lead to a laundry list of physical ailments in later life. Everyone knows what those ailments are. And if you don't it's as easy as typing it into Google.
