Still relatively new to the system. Does it ever not record what you set it to? Bloody thing seems to have robbed me of Jason Manford tonight :(

it does sometimes 'part record' or even just 'fail', but most of the time it's fine for me

It is very simple to use.
more simple than Virgin+

Check the Manual.

When setting recording - double check what is set
At first as you start using it.

I have SkyHD+

I don't do manuals. I just press the buttons.

To be fair it's the only time it's (I've) not worked it right and I'm still convinced I pressed it to record Jason Manford.....

Oh well, got all my other shows. Maybe it's a sign :joker:

Yes but to check it
is ready to Record is fast and easy.

As you are new to it
do checks
and try testing Record
easy to delete - Only push once

You will work it out

I hate when that happens.

Usually if you record something else at the same time or if you turn the box off or anything like that it damages the recording but I doubt you did any of those things.

It's probably just being the ******ing bastard it always is.

I've had numerous fights with my mum and her boyfriend accusing them of deleting Big Brother's Little Brother and EastEnders when it was Sky's fault.

They need to get it fixed, it's so irritating, especially when it Part Records aswell.

Don't have Sky+

Don't bother with your pointless unecessary reply then.

999 :bored: The point where all the soft porn stops and we've to watch Sky brag about their products.

You could have pressed record a few times and accidentally got rid of it instead of recording it?

Nope, never had any problems that way. The only thing that annoys me is how it sometimes deletes the thing on the planner below the programme you are actually deleting.. It drives me mad! I've discovered the "K" button now though :D

Ooooh whats the K button? I've deleted stuff by accident before cos it goes too quick

And yeah, I think I probably never set it to record or something. Everything else was there and there were no error messages

999 :bored: The point where all the soft porn stops and we've to watch Sky brag about their products.

The porn finishes @ 970 here and the 30 channels after are all BBC1 scotland, BBC1 NE, BBC1 Wales, etc. etc

On yourplanner, if you press the blue button, it keeps the recording and won't allow you to delete it :)
