Lets face it, if we had that kind of rule the forum would lose alot of members or alot of people would be abit less willing to have abit of fun, literally the mood would change and considering TiBB is already loosing members as it is, Perm-a-banning good members just because they got 3 Infractions is abit harsh.

It would of came in handy in Summer though, when TiBB was bumping.
