Am signing back up to the gym again now that I have finished work, but when I quit last time I just went to the bank and told them to cancel my gym payment and didn't bother letting the gym people know, so do you reckon they will moan when I go in tomorrow with the same bank card and details to sign up again?

it doesnt matter his details will still be stored because he never cancelled his membership so he will just walk in like yea guys lets go and they will just be like

Only one way to find out, really. Feel the fear and do it.

Chances are they may say something about you cancelling your payments and your membership but it depends on the initial contract if they ask you to reimburse them for missed payments.


All they really can do is ask you to sign a contract and guarantee payments for a minimum period.

It is ok I have found another one now that is about the same distance but in the opposite direction.
