If not Emma, then I'd be happy with Patrick's suggestion of Caroline Flack (she does a good job on IACGMOOHN).
Although Amanda is fun on Total Wipeout :D

Who the f uck is she? I am sick of these presenters coming out of the woodwork because there is Davina's job on offer which could earn someone £££££ per week!!
The job deserves to be Emma's. I don't want a half arsed presenter taking over who is not really a fan of the show but is there just to present and take a pay cheque home at the end of the week or whatever. Plth!! We have George Lamb and that's bad enough!

Flack would be good too. If she is a genuine fan of the show then it will be between her and Willis. If Flack is not a fan of the show then the job should go straight to Willis.

I'd hate her as host. She's sh!t.

I don't mind Emma, but I'd like Amanda too. Emma can get a bit too screechy with her voice and Byram is a fun presenter without the "Davina-isms" of over shouting etc.
Not Caroline Flack though, she's not a bad presenter but just seems a bit too dim, not likeable.

Amanda is 37. I would say she is a bit too old for the job!

She sounds as enthusiastic talking about the possibility of hosting BB as George Lamb presenting BBLB.
I want a genuine fan of the show presenting BB.

So what? Davina McCall's in her 40s.

they need somebody more familiar.
I would choose Flack. She gets involved with the personalities which is whats needed on a show like BB.

I think it would be good if Emma or Caroline took over, if Davina is defiantly not going for the job,(IF DOES COME BACK).

Davina is done with BB for sure. She seems to have mentally detached herself and moved on. She certainly isn't struggling for work.

Davina started BB in her early 30's.
I want the presenter to hopefully last the full duration of generation 2!
I think it is going to be a FLACK V WILLIS War to the Crown of hosting it though!

Brian Dowling to host the show. He knows it inside and out. He's also used to hosting in front of large live audiences. He's the only one I can imagine hosting the show in front of the baying crowd.

Well, given it may be going to channel 5 I'd say "generation 2" won't be very long. Maybe one full series, if it's lucky.
And, again, what's old about 37. You're not even middle aged at that point.
But since Brian Dowling's been presenting Live from Studio Five I'd say he's the likely candidate to be given the job.

No!! Amanda and Brian are not good enough to take over Davina's shoes!! It's got to be Emma Willis.. or possibly THE FLACK!

I agree about Brian, but he's the most likely. And Byram is a better presenter.
Davina used to be great but was just too shouty by the end. Byram can show excitement and fun without acting like a drunk aunt at a wedding.

COMPLETLY AGREE! Apart from the George Lamb bit, I like him :)
I wouldnt mind seeing Caroline Flack but like you said... Emma is the only proper presenter after Davina.
Or maybe Dermot O Leary?!

Brian would think to ask the questions that others wouldn't as he's experienced it himself.
He's a huge fan of the show himself.
He knows how to handle a big crowd.
He has in the past disagreed with directors and gone his own way.
There are many reasons why Brian would be the best choice.

I think it'll be someone fresh. I don't think Five will want their Big Brother to have any past with the old Big Brother. I can't see them using ex-contestants or ex-Big Brother presenters.
Also think a female presenter works best, but then again this new Big Brother format may be completely different and work with a guy doing it. The only male who really feels like he would work well is Dermot to be honest but there's no chance of him doing Five shows.
