Three days. That is to say three nights in a row without sleep. I started tripping my nuts off that last morning and had to go to sleep after I poured an unboiled kettle of water over myself thinking I was making coffee.

Everything started looking like pez too out of the corner of my eyes. It was like coming up on acid or something.

That's why I did it of course. Experimentational purposes and pushing your mind and all that jazz. No way would I have done it otherwise. Most people who mention that they just nonchalantly happened to not sleep at all for three days or more are having you on. It's hard as hell. Even one night is pretty tough to try and resist calling it off come dawn.

Remember on BB8 when they had to keep awake was it.. for 3 days? or 24 hours? Can't remember. I know they failed it. They shouldn't really fail it if it's trying to keep awake for 24 hours!

Nearly 6 days and it took its toll on me. I was getting dillusional at the end. It included flying a long distance then getting drunk for a few days. I don't think I'll ever do that to myself again.

I don't know how people combine the whole not sleeping and alcohol thing. Booze on it's own used to just put me straight to sleep after a certain point.

Not just alcohol ;)

I had just arrived in another country though to live, so excitement and adrenaline took over too.
