I've heard about this asteroid before. And I doubt the Earth will turn into a ball of fire shortly after it hits us.

You are probably right. All sorts of rumours that the government started foot and mouth disease and that it was George Bush's plan for the 9/11 to happen. Well maybe not "plan" but he went along with it.

I don't think the world will end. I do think an asteroid will hit planet Earth though and end up killing hundreds of thousands of people.

*Hopes it doesn't hit anywhere near the UK*

Well if it does hit, you're ****ed if you're near it or you're not. It will cause loads of soot to go up in the air and plunge us all into a deep freeze where growing crops is virtually impossible meaning we'd all starve.

I'm not too sure whether I'd like to survive and witness the breakdown of civilisation or to die instantly and be spared that horror. D:

I am sure an asteroid or something similar hit planet Earth not long ago? And didn't kill off the planet!!! It depends how big the asteroid is. I predict the world will not end in 2012 or 2036..... However if I am wrong then I'm wrong.

At least we will all be on the same boat!

This.

I just re-read it, the article doesn't exactly seem like it's telling us straight up the world will end.

They said 'It will probably disintegrate'.

The only worrying thing about that is that they mentioned it's the biggest threat to our planet.

Is it true that by next century, London will be underwater? D:

Not heard that one before.

But Ireland is meant to be under water in 60 Years time, so I guess that could be linked to the rest of the UK being under water aswell.

It won't happen all in one go though, at least I hope not.

It'll probably be slow enough like random floods just coming up more frequently, we'll all have to move from the UK if it happens.

Which would be a massive shame, we'd basically change our culture and have to move to another country.

It's all to do with the Ice Caps melting and Ireland and England's Sea Level.
If the Ozone sorts itself out, which it is doing ;) then it should spare us some time.

If the world ended in 2100 or whatever I wouldn't care at all.

Although, Being dead doesn't necessarly mean you leave the earth.
I'm not saying that when we die, and the world ends hundreds and thousands of years later that we [as dead people] will...die again, but I am saying that we'll be very bored.

Part of the fun of being dead is haunting people and exploring earth in a whole new way.

Although I suppose by 21__ we'll all be dead anyway and there'll be no one left on earth we give two ******s about to haunt so all the sh*t will be going down in the afterlife
