I liked Ben. I liked his very sarcastically, dry wit.
JJ - don't get me started!!!! The guy is a nutjob control freak who is a myriad of contradictions!
(you can feel my love for him huh!!! lol)

^ lol he was a bit crazy but heck he was a great housmeate. Everything that happened in that house he was the centre of and without him i think the series would have been one of the poorest.
I actually quite liked Ben at the beginning but he started to get very nasty espcially with his fat comments torwards Josie and although i never liked Josie i don't like people getting personal comments made about them

Ach come on, she was a fat lazy slob, with incredibly poor personal hygiene standards, there's no denying that. He saw this as an opportunity and boy, did he make sure it centred around him (and her).
The guy is a creep. Big loud mouth bully - but like all bullies: when they meet their match, they end up sh!tting themselves (remember the Nathan situ - him crying in diary room etc). D!ckhead excuse for a man.
I loved Ben too. He was one of the best housemates ever!
I liked him when he was off having one of his rants or something but not the whole JJJ storyline which just ended up taking up most of the episode time every night

Lol, yes he was crapping himself at the thought that Nathan might be gunning for him:joker: JJ is still a pathetic excuse for a man - a real mummy's boy who sees a mother substitute in Josie. I just can't imagine the two of them getting it on:eek: It would be almost incestuous.

What's that got to do with my post exactly?

Not much, I should have put a comment under your quote, like "All true - made me laugh ..... :laugh2:" ..... ;)

I loved how utterly forced his and JJ's friendship was. With Josie basically chirping on all the time "It's like having another John James in the house" Bollocks

I agree Happyland, I think he was even the best one ever because he held his dignity and temper despite all the underhand and very nasty public belittling of him that went on from JJames and also his so called friend Dave too.

John James was vile, his behaviour in the house basically boiled down to bullying and treated the women in the house (and Ben) vilely, but what made it worse was his rediculous teen fanbase that justified his every action because he was 'fit' and voted out anyone who dared to question him, don't even get me started on his showmance with Josie.
John James essentially killed BB11 dead, which is a crying shame as it had the potential to be a cracker.

This.
I did think he was fit at first but it started to wear me down. His shouting at Rachael over dinner was awful and generally treating people badly was just inexcusable. I felt so bad for Sam when he started screeching at him for nothing. ******ing arsehole.

He was the housemate that probably contributed the most to the show over the course of the series. He did almost everything in there. Sam did a lot too, but was only in for three weeks or so. Josie also.
Isn't that what people want from Big Brother housemates?
Vicky.

I'm glad I didn't see so much of BB11 judging by some of these posts
I did quite like what I saw of Josie and she was funny on Celeb Juice last week

I guess he could be perceived as entertaining because he ticked all the "showmance", "arguments" boxes - but how many of those were really genuine?
Obviously they (Josie and he) have surprised everyone by staying together thus far (afaik) but there was something so...old about it all. Like we'd seen it all before - Nikki and Pete, Michelle and Stuart, Ziggy and Chanelle.
As for the arguments - he was more malicious than entertaining. It just made for uncomfortable viewing I think - where former argumentative entertainers such as Kemal or Aisleyne have come out with some absurd oneliners, he was just vindictive, particularly towards Rachael.

The lack of respect for a modern day hero is disgusting , a man who sacrafised his own chances of winning just to show us the viewers the real nasty nature of Corin . you should be ashamed of yourselves
The only downside to the great man was Josie who sucked the life out of him

He was very good in that series. He was the centre of a lot of things in the house for all the wrong reasons too.
