Would you cut close emotional and physical contact with people for an infinite amount of money? This would mean you get never kiss, have sex with, hug (etc.) anyone for the rest of your life, and nobody would love you. You would have no real friends and only a family that are purely blood related - and don't really care about you.

However, you would have an infinite amount of money. You could have servants (not in a sexual way), mansions, constant holidays, the nicest foods, islands, DVD's, computers, films.... you would have material happiness, and this could equal emotional happiness. However, you would still have no love with, or from other humans.

Nor could I, having an infinite amount of money wouldn't give me happiness anyway even if I did have my family/friends... I'd have to work for it.

I'm interested if anyone actually WOULD take the money, and why...

I wouldnt want to be a complete hermit no. Maybe when I'm a really old widower or something though

I dunno. It's one to think about. I don't really like people that much and like my own company more. Sort of a schizoid. I do think I'd get lonely after a bit though, so probably not.
