I make them with caramelised strawberries & bananas...it's kind of a tradition I learned when I was like 12.

Could add the sugar as it's cooking too. Do one side, flip and pop the sugar ontop so it melts as the bottoms cooking :D

I tried frying the american breakfast style pancakes in butter, but the butter kept burning because the heat was high to cook them through :bored:. I ended up using oil instead.

I've never made a successful omelette, always turns into scrambled eggs! For this reason I'm expecting tomorrow to fail miserably hahaha.
