What sounds make you squirm?

I don't really squirm at sounds, but what sounds really bother you?

Glass grating together is the worst one for me :(

People cracking their knuckles is pretty grim, and I hate the sound of metal being dragged, I'm not sure exactly what but it's a sort of.. kitchen sound, like pots and pans scraping across the cooker, that kind of thing.

Drills - they're too loud.
