Foo Fighters leader Dave Grohl has hit out at Glee creator Ryan Murphy.
Grohl said that the musical TV show was "not my thing" and slammed the chief behind the programme for his attitude towards signing up bands.
The singer/guitarist told Hollywoodreporter.com: "You [bands] shouldn’t have to do ****ing Glee."
He added: "And then the guy [Murphy] who created Glee is so offended that we're [Foo Fighters] not, like, begging to be on his ****ing show. **** that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do Glee."
When asked if he had watched the show, Grohl said: "I watched 10 minutes. It’s not my thing."
Grohl joins ex-Guns N' Roses' Slash in slamming Glee. Earlier this year it was revealed that the guitarist wouldn't let the show's creators use a song by his old band, labelling the programme "worse than Grease."
Kings Of Leon also turned down a request to use their songs in the show.
Grohl was speaking at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, where Foo Fighters played a surprise gig.
