Cher Lloyd has reportedly lost 4lbs since embarking on The X Factor tour.
The 17-year-old is now allegedly a size 4, and sources have claimed that those close to her are concerned.
An insider told Now: "Cher has the worst diet. She either doesn't eat or she just has junk food. Her metabolism must be screwed."
According to the source, Lloyd is "dangerously thin".
They added: "Cher's naturally petite and she's young so she loses weight easily. But she's getting dangerously thin and needs to start taking better care of herself.
"She eats when she's hungry but that's not often enough given all the energy she's burning on tour."
Lloyd is also working on her debut album.
