blu-tac!? LOL
I just loved how it covered everything... but I most went in there for toys and pic'n'mix. I remember when I was like 8 I thought it would be a good idea to buy a bunch of it, and those tiny coke cans, and sell them in my street. It didn't work out :(

Trust me, trying to find it now is a right pain, unless you go to WHSmith where they charge like £4 for the stuff. :bored:
I used to love those tiny coke cans. It's like Superdrug and such do those minature cosmetics like Lynx, Palmers Cocoa Butter, Mouthwash...

Wilkinsons does a lot of what Woolworths used to do - only with less entertainment, more home furnishings + toiletries. It's more useful I guess now that we have an HMV but still :(
I bought my first ever set of pots out of there for my first house

Our HMV closed down this week out of the blue. Exeter is such a failing city. :bawling:

I used to get some Xmas presents from there. Like a paint your own money box and stuff like that. It was like a "quality" Aladdins Cave. And now it's gone :( It's not the same online.
WOOLIES NEEDS TO COME BACK.
It was the shop I went into the most after Primark and HMV...
Wahhhhhhhh! :bawling:

Music. Cus even though there's HMV, it doesn't always have everything in or whatever, there was more stuff in Woolworths. And pic n' mix too, but they do that in WHSmiths anyway :amazed:

Pick N Mix
The one near me faced an Argos so it was pointless because you could just find something in the Argos catalogue and the staff do all the hard work of finding it etc, providing its in stock :joker:
Only ever went in Woolworths for pick & mix and I bought a Freeview box from there once for £15, they were generally about £50 at the time. The man who served me had half of his ear missing
