BIG Brother winner Brian Belo is suing the makers of The Only Way Is Essex - claiming they stole his idea for the ITV2 hit. The 2007 reality show champ was in the original pilot of the show. But he was axed before ITV commissioned the series - which had its highest ever audience of 1.3million on Wednesday.

He is suing his former manager and Lime Productions, which makes the show, for lost earnings of up to £100,000 a series.

Brian, 23, starred in the pilot - provisionally titled Totally Essex - alongside current stars Mark Wright, Sam Faiers, Kirk Norcross and Amy Childs, and three other pals Rachelle, Natalie and Chris who are not in TOWIE. The pilot opens with the gang larking about in a cushion fight before introducing themselves.

Brian says: "I'd say we have the best lifestyle of anyone in the entire country. The way we feel, it's like screw the recession, we want to have fun.

Joey essex has taken it to new heights. Forget about Mark now and his boring dead end phoney ass engagement to spoonface.

His car, his boots, is attempts to dig a toilet hole with a tiny stick...this guy is just flat out hilarious! Unintentionally too.

Chloe's a great new addition too. Her advising him not to go with a Thomas the tank engine theme on his date was just one of the funniest convo's ever. LOL.

The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs is reportedly quitting the show to star in her own series.

The News of the World claims that breakout star Childs will sign a lucrative £1m deal for her own show - produced by manager Claire Powell - and will leave The Only Way Is Essex at the end of the year.

She will start filming the new project early next year and will be joined by cousin Harry Derbidge. Childs - who has expressed interest in making a movie version of Essex - will apparently be marketed as a "younger and fresher" Katie Price.

A source said: "Amy is the biggest personality on the show and viewers adore her. But ITV pay all the contestants, including her, a pittance and she has so many fans - so the time is right for her to go it alone.

"The fact is Jordan's popularity has waned and there is a gap in the market for a younger and fresher version to come in and steal her thunder."

The current stars of the ITV2 reality show earn just £50 a day and top their incomes up via personal appearances. Mark Wright and Kirk Norcross earn £2,700 and £2,600 respectively for one-hour appearances.

Childs is said to be currently making £5,000 a week through media deals such as her magazine column.

It was recently reported that Childs was worried about her lack of airtime on the current series.

Lucy has the best towie body after seeing the daily mail pics. When she wore a one piece suit I thought she was just too skinny and bony, but today she wore a 2 piece and she is tiny but has shape that is nice! :D And her bum is def nicer than pippa middletons..praise her then at least, it makes more sense :hugesmile:

Yes it started on Sunday. The first 2 episodes will be on ITV Player but I don't know if you can get that in America. Maybe you could use a proxy? Otherwise its bound to have been uploaded on other websites. :)
