Would/do you use a gym?

Personally, I can't think of anything worse. Not when you can go for a walk anywhere you like. Standing on a treadmill on the same spot and paying for the pleasure? N'ah

I used to exercise when younger, but I just did it all myself.

Gyms are totally unnecessary and for gullible people. :tongue:

No. I was thinking to. However in the past week I have lost a bit of weight. Due to eating less and going on a bike ride. I enjoy walks but I can never lose weight when I go on walks.

Yeah suppose gym is costly too! I would never say never. It depends if I really wanted to lose some weight quick and fast. But what I am doing at the moment seems to be going okay!

Yeah same here. People looking at you using the gym equipment. If I had it my way I would have a gym room in the house.

A bike ride is good though if it's decent weather. You are out in the fresh air and getting fit. Rather than stuck in a stuffy gym.

I'd rather get my own small one. I hate exercising in public, I won't even go swimming because it involves taking off clothes. I'll never be seen by people in anything less than a t-shirt and shorts :laugh: (sorry Zee)
