mmmm. classy.

Really? They have been really clever in how they have tracklisted it - the begining and end is full of credible musicians to please the music snobs and in the middle we get the likes of Justin Beiber, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake and David Guetta to please pop fans.

I saw this yesterday, I suppose it's for a good cause, but bit of a sketchy collection of songs. :conf2:

it just seems a bit half-assed. It's like "oh here I fancy being in the public eye, use my already-saturated and well-covered song". (see: Use Somebody, Firework, Make You Feel My Love)

It's just lazy. But noone ever has the courage to say this because it's all for charity as if that's an excuse to just roll out any old crap, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with this cause. Are earthquake victims going to be uplifted by GaGa telling them it's alright to be gay? I can hardly see them getting on down to "Only Girl (in the World)" and Cee-Lo blaring out "IT'S OK!" is just a bit silly. But I guess if it stops covers of "Everybody Hurts" then it's a good thing.

It is very lazy. I had this rant yesterday somewhere else. Fair enough it's for charity, I won't knock it, but really an album for the grief and destruction in Japan and they put songs on from Katy Perry and Black Eyed Peas?

Such a sloppy attempt at what could have been a great compilation for a good cause.

They have got most of those songs from the Now CD's, Bet it was some man sitting by himself in an office scanning through the latest one's " Yeah this one sounds sad send it over to Frank, Oh what's this Shakira's Old Album! i'll send this one to him "

They gave them One Tribe by BEP :yuk:

They shoulda given new songs rather than a ****ty singles collection, that'd have boosted sales
