On the Big Brother site it says "All eviction votes cost 50p and this year a percentage (10p) will be divided between three charities: Shelter, Teenage Cancer Trust and a third chosen by the series winner."

I thought it was only 50p for CBB but now for bb7! I know some of its for charity but i think 50p is a bit much!

They will continue to put the voting prices up simply because they know people will vote.

I personally think its ridiclious how they can charge so much.

Can't see me multi voting like I did in the past. I cut down the number of votes I cast last year and I will be cutting back even more this year at 50p a call

Personally I think they are shotting themselves in the foot.

I voted to get Maxwell out last year quite a few times but I'd only pay 50p per call if there was another despicable character. Only 10p to charity? that's evil:nono:

50p a call is a bit too much, I'll proably still vote once or twice a week though .

Welcome to tibb Cara.

If they are putting the prices up, then I think that they should give more to the charities.

If the price increase deters multiple voting then that will be a blessing. Multiple voting is cheating!!! People with extreme views and more money than sense trying to influennce the outcome to favour there own extreme feelings.

I have read of people spending their house keeping money voting to get their way.

If multiple voting were allowed in a general election it would be regarded as corrupt.. that logic applies fully to multiple voting in any competition.

The extreme views and more money than sense brigade ride rough shod over others who don't have money to throw away.......I just wish multiple voting could be banned all together.....At the very most one vote per day per person should be allowed and even that is still cheating. That won't happen as CH4 is far to greedy to worry about the morality of it all.....

I see your point, bananarama.

It probably would be better if only one vote was allocated per person. But we all know that will never happen.

As long as Endemol and Channel 4 are making money and the public are providing them with it then there's no hope in hell of it changing.
