How would you feel about a challenge spin off show?

For those of you not familiar with The Challenge concept, it would be 30 past Big Brother housemates put into house and split into teams. In each episode they do a very athletic challenge in order to win money/prizes/immunity, at the end of the episode someone is eliminated. Oh and of course each episode would have the inevitable drama and fights.
