DO NOT WATCH IF EASILY OFFENDED!
Repeat - BBC2 tonight at 11:20PM (Also on BBC iPlayer)
Following up on his 2007 documentary, The Most Hated Family in America, Louis Theroux returns to Topeka, Kansas, for a week-long visit with the Westboro Baptist Church.
He again joins the Phelps family on their controversial pickets where they try to antagonise communities with offensive slogans and anti-gay placards. But four years on from Louis's last visit, there are signs of disarray in the Phelps clan. A series of defections of family members has shaken up the church.
Saw it last night. Made my blood boil

I watched it like 6 months ago. It would have made me very angry if it hadnt made me cry.

I'll probably watch it eventually even though it will again make me very sad. :(

Ditto.
Love this kind of stuff. Makes me cry with laughter and cry with desperation at the same time.

I know. I actually questioned myself when I watched it as I'd never wish that on my worst enemy but watching that.....
I did come to my senses. Realised that made me no better than them. But it took some teeth gritting
Missed it last night so watching it now, I actually despise them, they really make my skin crawl

Piss myself if they get sued for it.
I thought she might have left actually after what was shown of her last time, she seemed quite uncertain when he went there before
So delusional it doesn't even make me angry, it just makes me laugh.

They're just attention-seekers. The absolute ridiculousness of their beliefs kind of numbs how offensive they really are, you just think they're a joke, but picketing at dead soldier's funerals...just...if you're going to wish for a deity to kill someone or send them to damnation, it'd be this family.

It's horrible how they turn their back on family members who leave the church.
