"Old House Need Major Work"

Seem As Big Brother Is Coming Back ( YES ) it seem's the house will need a lot of major work on it to bring it back up to standard ...

The House Flooding , on day 70 out of 100+ days...
The house was only fixed to a low standard and it could easily happen again ,

The House , built in 2002 at elmtree studios is 10 years old next year , and is only intended for studio need's, this year the house will under go harsh weather running from august and ending in December, the Autumn/Winter Period , After 2 series of the reality tv show.

So what do you think ,
should the show be a summer show , or should they move the house to a new location or do they just need to do heavy maintenance work on the building .. ?

I don't think it'd happen again, it only happened the first time because the housemates chucked socks onto the roof and they got stuck in the gutter or something?

They should just knock the back end down and re-build like they did for BB9, they can change the shape of the house then.
