The Circus V Individually going in!

Did you like it last year on launch night when all the housemates knew each other.. but then BB just randomly picked the ones who made it?

Who would you like BB to revert back to the individual VT's and housemates going in the house on their own and won't know who they are with until they are in the house?

I didn't think it was bad last year? It was one of my favourite series. Perhaps I missed something?

Individuals this year, but I loved the circus idea last year. Big Brother fans can be creatures of habbit, things need to change year to year. I loved the whole 'Big brother picks YOU ____' last year.

I hated the last series launch. To contrived and groups were formed even before they were chosen to take part. It has to be one of the major fails of the C4 producers over the 11 year history of BB. I felt as though I had missed a couple of weeks of the show on launch night.

I think last year was the worst ever. The series could have been directed and scripted it was so bad. As I had thought it would be before they even announced the launch night. Let's face it C4 wanted to kill BB off from CBB Shilpagate which they systematically did. Yes there were good moments but the producers got lazy and didn't work hard enough to keep it alive. Here's hoping Five pull the stops out.

I have to agree, I hated last years BB, in fact I would go as far to say it was my least favourite series, worse than BB4 or BB8. They were sloppy last year, and what could have been an amazing last series to see it off turned out to be a lacklustre and monotonous affair.

Agree completely. While I enjoyed the series overall the start of it didn't feel like Big Brother at all and the minute they were all in the house it just looked like old friends meeting up again. The groups of housemates were already established and some of them already knew quite a bit about eachother.

I hope C5 keep it to just them going in individually and having not met each other before hand, this is what makes BB exciting for me, each housemate discovering things about one another, this is what forms the friendships and exposes the game players.

If it were up to me I'd get rid of the limos, bring back the cars and get rid of the crowd (only on launch night, not evictions). We shouldn't be treating them like celebrities before we even know who they are.

Once they've given us a reason to appreciate (or hate) them, only then should they be given a crowd IMO.

I often wonder if the Housemates in that crowd who didn't get selected, are still bitter and think Mario was a fix.

I don't know what to believe, but I know if I was one of the remaining hopefuls - I'd still be pissed off.

Everytime they said Big Brother picks ____________ I was like WHO!? WHY!?
The only 1 on launch I was pleased with was Sunshine rofl. Oh and Mario but that was 'luck'.

I was so mad Corin got in but that was the biggest change :love:

I absolutely agree with this. BB10 particularly upsets me, that imo could have been thee best series, the HMs were gold, love them or hate them, and they carried the show on their own.

The last year one was awful. It also showed how much of a fix it was for Mario to go in.

Last year's twist was really good, but only a one off thing for sure.

I want it like BB3. I mean, if I was an HM I wouldn't want a long wait of being on my own if I was first, nor would I want to wait like 2 hours to introduce myself to like 11+ other HMs. Then again, in BB3 the boys had to wait a bit before all the girls appeared.
