Was a good show, wish it was longer though, didn't really have time to go into too much detail with the questions/answers.
I think it's time for him to make a sex tape with Katy Perry, leak it, then go crazy again and do another stand up tour though.

haha, not till after the divorce I think! I reckon they must have a katy question clause though

I think (though don't quote me) there's usually an uncut version that they show at a later date on ITV2. I'll post it here if I see it

It is weird to see him not gothing it up with that crazy hairstyle and the clips of him on BBBM made me think back to when he made my skin crawl and I used to always think he needed a wash.
But, it's sad to see him Hollywood-ised with the hair and the teeth. He'll flip out again eventually no doubt.
Although, Helen Mirren irritated me more than Russell or Piers which is strange. Just wish she'd shut up again and go away. How much longer will she hang on to her fame from The Queen? It wasn't that good surely.

I just thought that the Katy questions were very rehearsed and glossed over

Didn't comment on her acting, but she's a bloody irritating person.

Hellen Mirren' fame was not found through her performance in The Queen..
On and back on topic.. I found Russell as charming and as funny asever!
Not to keen on his new look though :nono:

I liked his new look, was never into the high hair sprayed thing (even though funnily enough he was still a sexy bastard:conf: )
I think his marriage to katy and his Hollywood career noticeably made him watch his tongue just a bit

I dont even think it's the lack of hairspray.. more his lack of facial hair! I'm not a huge fan of facial hair but he suits it!
And yeah.. he was quite reserved tonight I thought!

oh, I love facial hair! but seriously, think about it, Katy Perry is one of thee biggest pop stars in the world right now, Russell must have been briefed to sh1t on what he can and can't say

Just watched it.
After that I'm not sure I can actually see he and Katie lasting too long. I think he worships her but she certainly wears the trousers and I'm not sure a personality like he has can accept that forever

yeah I agree, he was definitely under orders there I thin k, not as open as usual I reckon and you can imagine the Katy camp laying down the law on what he can and can't say. Do you think?

I know people can change but you could see it was hugely edited plus he was holding back.

I know you were asking Kerry but I agree with this - his relationship/marriage was glossed over - and I got the impression he was under very strict orders to behave and keep his mouth shut.
I've never liked him but found myself warming to him during the show last night= which I never thought I'd find myself saying in a million years!!

Hellen Mirren' fame was not found through her performance in The Queen.
That's what got her noticed in Hollywood. If it weren't for that film, she'd still be doing crappy ITV dramas.
OT - Russell Brand surprised me just how different he was to the big haired, scruffy idiot. Now he's a teeth whitened, clean haired idiot lol. But, I agree with most people, the marriage won't last long. Katy Perry, I know it sounds silly, comes across really stupid and thick. It wouldn't surprise me if she married him for the novelty of him being British and having a different accent. It comes across that way when she talks about him. He's just part of the current fad she has with British men.

She did get rid of Travvie McCoy (from Gym Class Heroes) as soon as he wasn't the big thing in America anymore
