golden tickets

hi, me again. I'm just a little confused about the golden tickets in the star. How many are there supposed to be and from what date can we find them? I only ask this cos I just checked out the daily star website and some liar has claimed to have found one. I thought it was happening next month?

According to the Daily Star it was 5 per day for two weeks, a total of 60.

Hasnt been launched yet, Its planned for the lead up.
