With the great news Big Brother is returning, I think the theme should be resurrection/rebirth.

Advert 1
The Big Brother house is shown. It is empty with all of last years stage and decorations taken down. Then the infamous Big Brother car draws up. Emma Willis and George Lamb arrive at the house.

Emma says to George: "All those memories, Jade, the bedsit, fight night, what are we going to do each Summer now?"
George (more upbeat): Have you heard?

All of the old housemates descend on the house. They are seen celebrating as the return of Big Brother is announced.

The tag line is
"You thought you said goodbye to BB? It's back. New house. New rules. New presenters. Big Brother 12: The Next Chapter. Starts September on C5"

Advert 2
A montage of the final night of BB is shown.

The Feelings "I Thought It Was Over" plays.

Thought we laid BB to rest, think again.

Big Brother theme plays.

Big Brother 2011: New rules, new housemates, new home. Big Brother. Starts September on Channel 5.

Big Brother should undergo a COMPLETE restart and that includes not referencing back to the Chanel 4 days and not roping in Belo and the rest as talking heads.

People were tired of hearing about it dying and they will likewise be tired of hearing about it's 'ressurection' - especially given how daft it looks after only one year.

No, a fresh start.

I hope there are no references whatsoever to the channel 4 series, that chapter has closed now and people have grown thoroughly sick of the sight of the old housemates, I for one!

This is a new dawn for big brother, the channel 4 series and housemates from them should not have any reference now its on a new channel! it'll start making its own history!

Everyone is so negative about peoples ideas. If we was in a real room none of you would be so rude and blunt.

People are entitled to their opinions.

Personally I like it, however I agree with what everyone is saying about no C4 references.

Thank you for the feedback.

I thought that the adverts should say goodbye to the Channel 4 era and welcome in Channel 5 or just have the You Thought BB was laid to rest, think again. Big Brother: The Live Launch, starts tonight at 8pm on Channel 5."

The only idea I like that has been mentioned so far is one where the hand comes up from the grave of Big Brother

I am polite, but when someone has a bad idea, IN MY OPINION, I will state it... Get used to it.

Everyone has the right to voice their opinion.

Using a new remix of the theme tune ( haunting - like CBB ) shows shots of fields then a graveyard and then slowly moved up the path where the the edge of the diary room chair is poking through the grass / and then a voice says a legend never dies ! Big Brother Coming Soon To CHANNEL 5 !
