Like vitamins or whatever? If so, do you feel it's beneficial? (I take it you do or you wouldn't take them......) or just the placebo effect? (which, lets face it, is still beneficial as you believe it)
Me, I take multi-vitamins as my diet is pretty poor a lot of the time. Well, certainly not 'five a day' anyway. Can't say I feel any better, or worse, but take them for peace of mind anyhooo

supplements* :nono:
and no :( I probably would if I could afford to though. Vitamin pills seem fun.
Oh god, now I've got that "Bassetts soft and chewy vitamins for me and you" song in my head.

I bought vitamins before my exams a few years ago because a teacher told the whole class that we should and I took one the morning of my oral Irish exam and vomited all over my garden, I haven't taken a vitamin since.

Same, except it was about 2 years ago and the box is still sitting on my cupboard unopened.

Acai berry juice
Aloe vera juice
Vitamin c & zinc lozenges
St John's wort
Kelp tablets
Herbal tea
Acidophilus
Aloe vera juice is excellent for detoxing.
I was on multivitamin wans until they started to give me heart cramps. My body just doesn't like breaking down pills I don't think.
Plus I'm a firm believer that nothing beats real food to get your goodness from. Even without the scientific know how it just feels right to me. A huge amount of multivitamins are definately placebo based.

No I don't, although everyone thinks I should because I'm a vegetarian but I have a generally good diet and eat a lot of fruit and veg so I don't really see the point.
