What language would you love to learn?

I already know Portuguese, German and a small bit of French, but I would love to learn Chinese and Afrikaans.

That would be an amazing language to be fluent in. My friend is fluent in that and I tried learning it. It is very, very difficult.

Also classical Greek.... reading the works of Homer, Hesiod, Aeschylus, Sophocles and Plato in their own language would be mindblowing.

Its the most widely spoken version of Chinese in China too. :amazed: Shangwang means internet in Mandarin. :evilgrin:

I did try to teach myself Japenese for a bit but then I realised they use 3 alphabets and it got pretty complicated so I gave up. I'd still like to learn it but I think it would be easier to have a proper Japanese speaker to talk to rather than try and teach myself.

I'd also like to learn French and Italian.
