I must confess that if I ever met someone and they told me they wished to be reincarnated as a deadly virus because there are too many people in the world, I'd think this person was either batsh** crazy or pure evil or both. That's why when I read that Prince Philip has stated in the past that he wishes he becomes reincarnated as a deadly virus, I wonder whether this man is sane. Is it insane or evil to want to be reincarnated as a deadly germ?
