The two players who predicted Alex to go this week seem to have cut it very fine, and by the time of their posts would have all but known who was going into the boardroom as final three so I am not awarding any points to either player. Sorry if you are not happy with that, I did think carefully about it and will clarify again as below.

Predictions must be made on the thread, and not edited later, BEFORE the losing team go into the boardroom and the final three are put forward. So probably 9.40pm at the latest. This is indeed, as someone mentioned, so that you judge them on the task and not on how they are ganged up on in the boardroom for example.

I agree, she is the only one I can realistically see winning it, Melody is too tough, Jim is sly, Natasha is bitchy, Tom is weak, and Susan, although I really like her, isn't strong enough, although she has done very well as a team player.

I have a suspicion that Helen wont win although I have predicted her. Think Jim could manage a last minute surge in popularity.
