Rumours like mad now that Alesha is to be the new X Factor UK judge.
If so it's a genius move of Simon to give two fingers to 'Strictly' and to leave them searching for a new judge.
Alesha is a beautiful woman and has the authority and humour to fit in nicely. She also has a great raport with Gary Barlow (who is now CONFIRMED).
