My computer had cancer and was off being treated.

It's now back and is sexier than ever, although I have a problem - I need to put my iPod on and the thing is, iTunes is going to basically wipe it.

Why Apple can't just be like a normal MP3 Player, I don't know
But yeah - I heard there's ways I can save my Apps/Music/Videos whatever.

So the computer is basically 'new' now, nothing is really on it - the iPod is still full of my old songs though which I want to import FROM MY iPOD onto iTunes, rather than the other way around.

Does anyone know any good programs or a way to do this?

I checked Google and it's just full of little chavs who can't spell on Yahoo Answers giving links to 'Free Trials' that allow you to import 5 seconds of 3 Songs Per-Playlist.

I just downloaded iDump there now and it was like 'Component XB842373HSDHS Is Missing'

It wasn't really those letters/numbers but it was all random digits and letters.
Wtf?

SharePod is free and worked for me, except it didn't detect purchased songs, however, iTunes gives you an option to transfer purchases from an iPhone/iPod under File I think it is. :)
