off the top of my head:

- The Royle Family - The Queen of Sheba episode (where Nana died; particularly the hospital scene with each family member say goodbye)
- the Extras christmas special with Andy's breakdown in the CBB House (and apologising to Maggie live on air)
- most finales, particularly Blackadder Goes Forth and Cold Feet
OH and the Big Brother finale of course...well, the bit with the house echoes.

When Aaron's dog was put to sleep on Emmerdale, quite a few times on Grey's Anatomy especially when Izzy had cancer and it looked like she was going to die. Buffy finale think I shed a few tears and a Julia's Theme made me cry once in EastEnders, can't remember who left though.

When Jack saw Boone in the church in the finale, Brought a tear to my eye. but the saddest episode by Far is the Finale of The O.C when Ryan is leaving and see's all the flashbacks and then him driving away and Marrisa standing on the side like on the very first episode.

Locke.

I know exactly what you were crying for.

You were sitting on the edge of your seat, then the taxi pulls up and the amazing Locke gets out and sits in his wheelchair. The tears came flooding down your face when he stood up and pushed the wheelchair away, and went walking off into the church.

No, I was filling up as the minutes ticked away and then tears flooded down my face when Matthew Fox oh so dramatically tried to fill a hole in the ground with a cork shaped rock. Absolutely shameless.

If they'd have done the finale as it was without that embarrassing crap it would have been fine.

Juliet's death in season 5 genuinely made me fill up though. I remember hoping she was alive somehow in season 6, didn't like that they gave her two death scenes.
