there is a huge difference between a underage teenage girl having and older boyfriend and a woman being violently raped
there are different forms of rape and some are more serious than others
just as some murders are worse than others
is a psycho serial killer who kidnaps and murders kids the same as a guy who in fit of rage defends his wife and beats a guy to death?

There should be a differentiation between violent rape and underage sex being classed as rape.

Of course some rapes are worse than others, to say "oh rape is rape" is pretty narrow minded if you ask me.

I thought there already was, one is rape and one is statutory rape. I definitely think in a case of statutory rape it should be judged on a case by case system. I mean there is a big difference between say an 18 year old sleeping with his 15 year old g/f and a 40 sleeping with a 13 year old
