BBLB returns on Channel 5 with Live Feed on 5* according to Celebritain

Thanks to g17m for the heads up.

Big Brother's Little Brother is set to return, when Big Brother itself re-launches this August.

Fans of the sister show had been concerned that Channel 5 wouldn't bring it back, but Celebritain.com have learned that plans are being drawn up for the show to be broadcast on Channel 5 in a nightly 7pm slot.

A source told us "Channel 5 will pull out all the stops to ensure Big Brother is a hit. Channel 4 shoved BBLB on to its digital channel E4, but it will be broadcast on Channel 5 and not 5* as some may have thought.

There will be more live streaming on 5* though, because (Richard) Desmond wants to establish that channel as a rival to ITV2 and E4".

Producers at Endemol plan to screen-test Brian
Dowling in the presenting role, after he impressed them as a stand-in host on Live From Studio Five and OK! TV.

Emma Willis is top of the list to host the main show, unless they can lure one of the bigger names on their list, which includes Cat Deeley.

Sounds good though. I think Emma Willis to host main show. And Brian Dowling to host BBLB. Please to god.. not Josie effing Gibson hosting BBLB.. not even with Brian Dowling. I rather see Zezi back than Josie being on the show! lol

I am guessing George Lamb will be fighting for his BBLB position. Eventhough he doesn't give a crap about BB itself. He is more concerned about his pay packet. We can see work has dried up for him since last year.....

When it comes to live feed, I hope they have it on red button 24/7.
