Kate Thornton as new bb host

Do you think Kate Thornton could be the new host of Big Brother. After all she has done the X-Factor before Dermot.. I think this year Davina will say no and when she sees how this series has gone she'll probably say yes to next year. I hope she does come back, she misses Big Brother :hugesmile:

Always liked Kate. Hated how she was sacked from XF and replaced with Dermot. Not to say I don't like Dermot, but I really liked Kate and thought she was treated appallingly by Simon Cowell. Wouldn't mind her presenting this but I don't think the show would be right for her, I think she'd struggle with it. She's capable of doing it, doubt she'll leave her Loose Women role though which no doubt pays well.

Chances are Dermot will be hosting the farce that will be this years X Factor. Even if he wanted to the schedules will clash. Unless he sticks his fingers up to Simon and the heavy exposure the show generates to host a has been reality tv show on C5. Somehow I can't see it.

Back on topic, I think Kate would be an interesting choice. Let's face it, she hosted the X Factor, shes more than capable. I wouldn't be displeased if the job went to her.

I can't see him wanting to leave X Factor and the Simon Cowell set up.Dermot would undoubtedly be really good at it though.
