The Marcus vs Freddie vote was actually close because both were popular and split opinion but Freddie's downfall due to what happened with Bea sealed his fate..

Marcus actually got 63% the week against Siavash when everyone was sure Siavash would go so maybe Marcus popularity was overestimated on the forums and he could have divided opinion against those that don't come on the forums? I liked Marcus btw.

After the show Freddie and Lisa became friends and they've added each other on FB, he even begged people to stop bitching about her!

Sophie may have won and to her fans of course she is the most memorable housemate but I think overall when most people think of BB10 housemates such as Marcus, Freddie, Noirin, Siavash, Bea and even Sree come to mind rather than Sophie IMO anyway.
