In naming your child..

Woud you ever do it after a song, or a person? Like none of the silly stuff. Like loads of girls are named after The Beatles song "Michelle" and Liam named his son Lennon.

It would have to be a good song and a great person for me

But never name your child after a pop star - look at Corrie. Chesney, Toyah, etc.

I was nearly named after some jazz song called Natalia, but thankfully my mum preferred Laura. If I hear a name I like from a song or whatever I might use it but it wouldn't be because of that. I'm sooooooooo tempted to use Hermione as a middle name though.

and me and my sisters have all said that who ever has a baby (girl) first gets to name it after our surname. It will probably be one of my sisters that does it though

Both my Sons first names are simply because I liked the names, not named after anyone in TV or film. Although my youngest son's middle names are after his father and grandfather as I couldn't think of any other middle names at the time I particularly liked.

Always loved the names Tristan (yes after Pitts legend of the fall character) and the name Jake. For girls I want names that mean something beautiful.

Btw, i've come to the conclusion that celebs that name their children names like apple are lying to us. They simply give us fake names so their kids will be less trackable in the future :D
