Depends how good the cook is really. I'd take a perfect runny fried egg over anything but I'd take scrambled egg over a poor fried egg. I'm not sure if that post makes sense. It'll do.

Hard boiled, however I wouldn't have them often and it'd be for lunch.

I don't think I've ever had one poached and I tried fried but I'm not fond.
